About the SBB Institute
The Susan Bulkeley Butler Institute for the Development of Women Leaders was founded as a ‘power center’ for resources related to women and leadership, serving as a clearinghouse for research, coaching and mentoring to develop leadership potential and helping women make bold changes to improve their lives. Its principles are rooted in her proprietary a four-part ‘Make-It-Happen model’ that she credits with her own success in propelling her from Abingdon, Illinois (population 3,500) to her place as one of America's foremost women executives.
The Institute works with corporations as well as individuals to instill leadership traits and talents through:
-
Speaking and consulting engagements
-
Executive coaching and mentoring
-
Lectures, workshops, and conferences
-
e-Newsletter and blog
-
