Sue Cischke has retired from her career at Ford Motor and she'll be leaving a gaping hole in the ranks of women executives at the Detroit automakers, as the Forbes article states.
This is an area where we need CEOs to fill the pipeline with women... we need a higher representation of women on their senior leadership teams. When will there be a female CEO? Or how about a contender to become CEO at the very least? It starts at the top!
